About you

Aura is looking for a product-focused CRM & Lifecycle Marketer deeply passionate about improving the world’s emotional health.

You will own all CRM channels at Aura (push, email, in-app messages), leading the strategy & implementation of experiments across the channels to increase activation and retention of Aura’s users.

You will also be an integral member of the product team, constantly gathering user feedback to find areas improvements for the product as well as the messaging strategy.

We’re looking for a marketer with a strong user empathy who can lead iterations in a fast-paced environment to quantify the impact of each experiment.


At Aura, you will:

  • Own CRM (push, email, in-app messaging) from user activation to retention, continuously iterating towards creating a hyper-personalized user journey
  • Increase subscription sales and subscriber retention through both product & messaging improvements
  • Communicate with & interview users to develop a deeper understanding of their needs and guide the core product strategy


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading CRM for a popular consumer product; mobile app or subscription-based products preferred
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation systems covering email, push, and in-app notifications
  • Experience leading customer interviews to uncover insights about user needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment leading iterations to quantify the impact of each experiment
